Talent Review and Development plan System

Human Capital Management means, first and foremost, attracting and keeping valuable employees. Both current and new employees have to feel that their value is recognized and that their own career development needs are met in a fair manner. This recognition is an on-going necessity, but it is particularly acute during the yearly review process within the scope of the employee's Development Plan. It is stating the obvious, that managers are not all created equal, each treating the same employee in a different way; this obviates the need for a solution that guides the manager through a uniform process in a firm but fair and yet gentle manner at the same time.

The foundation of this solution is a review-and-feedback concept involving the employee, his direct supervisor and other relevant supervisors. This solution uses key dimensions or competencies that their employer generally recognize as representing the basic corporate values to measure employee performance vis-a-vis corporations strategic thrust. The employee initiates the Process by rating himself against specific drivers such as Customer Focus or Priority Setting. The employee is guided by an on-line coaching system to help in making an assessment as objective as possible. A smart scale automatically calculates a set of data, which then help tremendously in setting the scope, the objectives and time frame of the Employee Development Plan that is the next step in this process. Promotions, transfers, terminations, changes in supervisors or direct reports are all accounted for in this solution, as are performance commentaries which can be directed by workflow rules or by authorized overriding of workflow rules. Separate levels of authorization are provided.

A Realtime Online Monitoring Panel allows supervisors and administrators according to their respective level of privileges to access Realtime Statistics and to drill down to the information on a specific employee. This is a "global" solution in that the user will have access to his preferred language; in fact, employees may toggle between the available languages for their convenience. Data can be imported from legacy corporate or HRIS systems. Direct interface with SAP, PeopleSoft, J.D.Edwards and other HRIS Core systems are available on demand. This solution can be also structured as a complete turnkey package or as an ASP model.
